After a discussion with team manager during the last season we would like to speak about those points:

- Race organization/sponsoring
- Skis
- Tracciatura
- Jury
- Athletes partecipation/pricemoney

Organizzazione gare/Sponsoring
Why Renault can’t be international Sponsor?
Renault is main sponsor of italian races because is a decision of Renault Italy and not Renault International. Maybe in Slovenija or in germany, The Renault prefer to promouve another car and not Koleos. So, until now is not possibile have just one main sponsor.

Than, to have big sponsor is necessary to guarantee the visibilità on Media (TV, Radio, Newspaper, Magazine, Internet), otherwise the eventi s too small to have monney from big sponsor. In Poland and in Italy this is the way undertaken.
Therefore is important have a media communication closet organizzing committee because it’s a little bit easy to propose the event to the sponsor

Skis and Races
It’s very important to estabilish which is the ski for carving race. Slalom skis? Giant Skis? For us is SLALOM SKI, we means: from 156 cm until 174 cm.
For sure, the distance betwen boyes will considerate this important point.
The normal questioni can be: But Speed carving want speed! The answer is: No, is not correct. Speed can mean also to have more speed durino the edges invertion. So, Speed course will be just with one buoy for each turn, just time and a short line between turns. A little differetn rispect last year when there are to many distance between the turns.

So, for slalom the course setter can considerate 12% (+/-3) and the rdius between two turn can be 15-20 meters.
For Speed the same percentual (12%) with a distance 18/25 meters. Lat years we had race with 35 and also 40 meters. In those situation the athletes used the Giant Skis, but with new line is not necessary chan ge the skis, so it’s possibile to use slalom skis

Jury
Inside the jury will take a part also a team manager raffied for each race.
The team manager will follow the jury for the jury meeting, for bib’s draws, and for course setting. This system wnat to stop the meeting on the slope, just a few minutes bifore the starts with athletes and jury.
PROPOSAL

Partecipation/Pricemoney
We are pondering a new solution to have more athletes on the start, because, year by year the partecipation go down.
A solution can be:
- Inscription team totally free (also for team with sponsor)
- Price money just for team with this list:
1° Team 3.500 Euro
2° Team 2.000 Euro
3° Team 1.500 Euro
4° Team 1.000 Euro
5° Team 500 Euro
6° Team 400 Euro
7° Team 300 Euro
8° Team 300 Euro

A Official Team to take a part to the pricemoney can have:
Minimum: 2 women and 2 under 21, than other athletes but the ranking will considerate minimum the best woman, the best under 21 and the third can be another athletes (woman, under 21 or seniores).
If the Team dont have two woman and two under 21 in the start gate, the team can’t be inside the team list for pricemoney

This is not a decision but a discussion.
