BUOYTROTTING, travel commentaries by Mauro Robustelli The fresh snow that has fallen on friday changed the whole situation. Under the 60 cm of fresh snow the slope was perfectly prepaired. The new situation brought me to set a more direct trace, which penalized the tactical possibilities. This brought a little advantage to the more sensible athletes, who could better interprete the soil, whereas on the other hand the tactical chooses where quite the same for everybody. Afterwords I thought that I could have set the buoys nearer one to the other in order to leave more tactical possibilities. In this place I also want to thank the athletes and team managers for the help they gave us before and during the race.
